Ezy Directory Terms of Use
- Acceptance of Terms:
Ezy Directory provides web site listings, subject to the following terms of use.
By using this service you are agreeing to comply with the terms of use. In
addition, when using a specific service you agree to abide by any posted guidelines.
Should you object to any terms of use, any guidelines or any modification to guidelines
or terms of use, your only recourse is to discontinue use of Ezy Directory.
- Description of Service:
The service(services) offered by Ezy Directory authorizes and allows web sites to
list their site(sites) name with a description and a direct link to that sites name
in accordance with the Terms of Use as stated in this document.
Any individual uses this service a their own risk, and cannot in any way shape or
form hold Ezy Directory libel for any wrongdoings, personal liability, or monetary
liability while using this service.
- Reciprocal Links:
To promote Ezy Directory we ask for reciprocal links in return for a link listing. To award link listings with reciprocal links we have two listing categories:
- Link listings with reciprocal links:
Links in this category are placed at the top of the category page with the link url source heading 3 and the full text description shown.
- Link listings without reciprocal links:
Links in this category are placed below links with reciprocal links without any url source heading and only 10 words of the text description.
On a regular basis we will spider link listings with reciprocal links to determine if the reciprocal link exists. We will spider the reciprocal Url in you link listing, looking for "http://www.theezydirectory.com" at that location. If we do not find the reciprocal link we will send an email to the email address provided in your link listing asking you correct the problem. If the problem is not corrected we will remove the reciprocal link status from your link listing.
- Modifications of Agreement:
We reserve the right to change, modify or alter these terms and conditions at any
time. Any changes or modifications become effective immediately upon posting
the listing. To stay current with these changes you must review this document
on a regular basis.
- Content:
All sites submitted for listing must be in English only. NO PORNOGRAPHIC, ADULT
CONTENT, OR SPAM SITES will be listed. Redirects will not be accepted for
listing. Ezy Directory reserves the right to change the title and/or description
ad any time. EzyDirectory does not guarantee the listing of sites submitted
for listing.
As an individual using this service, you agree that you must evaluate, and bear
all risks associated with the listing of your site within EzyDirectory. Under
no circumstances, will Ezy Directory be liable in any way for any site listed.
- Claims of Property Rights Infringement:
Ezy Directory will not list any site that constitutes copyright infringement, or
is in violation of property rights. The infringing listings(s), subject to
the procedures outlined in the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA).
- Information Disclosure, Privacy: Disclosure, Privacy:
Your use of Ezy Directory signifies acknowledgement of your agreement with our
privacy policy

You further acknowledge and agree that Ezy Directory may, at its sole discretion,
preserve or disclose your listed listed web site, as well as your sites information,
such as email addresses, IP addresses, timestamps, and other user information, if
required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure
is reasonably necessary to: comply with legal process; enforce the terms of use;
respond to claims that any posted sites violates anyone's rights; respond to
claims that contact information (e.g. phone number, street address) of a third-party
has been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment;
protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Ezy Directory, its users or
the general public.
- Conduct:
A user listing a site agrees not to list, email or make available content:
a) that is in violation of any state, federal or local laws;
b) that is abusive, slanderous or offensive to any individuals or parties what so
ever;
c) that falsely impersonates or misrepresents an individual, entity, association
with an individual or
d) that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful or misinformative;
e) that infringes on any proprietary rights, contracts of individual parties or
businesses;
f) that includes any linking configurations designed to enhance a web site search
engine placement or commercial value;
g) that contains any software viruses or computer code designed to enhance placement
or damage servers or other individuals computers;
h) that advertises any site which is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
i) contact, harass or stalk anyone who has asked to remain anomyous.
- Limitations of Service:
You accept that Ezy Directory can establish limits concerning use of our service
to include:
a) specifying the maximum number of days that Content will be retained by the service;
b) the maximum number and size of listing(s), email messages, or other Content that
may be transmitted or stored by the service;
c) the frequency with which you may access the Service.
Furthermore, you agree that Ezy Directory has no responsibility or liability for:
a) the deletion or failure to store any listed site by the user.
Additionally, you acknowledge that Ezy Directory reserves the right at any time
to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice, and that Ezy Directory
shall not be liable to you or to any other party for any modification, suspension,
or discontinuance of the service.
- Service Use:
Ezy Directory grants users the ability to list their site in exchange for a reciprocal
link in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Any individual or site using this service agrees to not hold The Ezy Catalog Corp
(Ezy Directory is a service provided by The Ezy Catalog Corp), its officers, subsidiaries,
affiliates, successors, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless
from any claim or demand, including "tort" and associated attorney
fees and court costs, made by any site, individual, or third party due to or arising
out of a listed site.
*An individual is defined as anyone who uses this website to list a site.
*A site is defined as web site domain listing.
